Chad Peace is an attorney and president of IVC Media, a binational digital communications firm that develops strategic campaigns for political, nonprofit, and corporate clients. He has worked extensively on election system reform in California, including helping advance the state’s nonpartisan top two primary and authoring San Diego’s Measure K, which established general election runoffs for local offices. Admitted to practice in California and multiple federal jurisdictions including SCOTUS, Chad brings a legal, analytical, and communications-centered perspective to issues involving voter participation, structural reform, and the mechanics of modern elections.

Chad's work focuses on how system design influences outcomes, and how reforms can give independent minded voters a more meaningful voice.
