PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- Oral argument in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals was heard Tuesday morning in the case, Balsam, et al. v. Guadagno (New Jersey Secretary of State). Report: Support for Marijuana Legalization Jumps 19 Points in 10 Years
On March 4, 2015, the General Social Study published its latest report examining the public's opinion on marijuana legalization.
