This is actually pretty cute and the production values aren't bad...

What cracks me up is how they pit dogs against cats.

"NO laws without paws! No laws without paws!" <-- lol

Teaching children about American history and government is important. Do you think a film like this is a useful tool toward that end, or mostly just entertainment?
