Ninety-four percent of Americans do not approve of Congress' job performance, according to the latest poll from [Rasmussen](http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public%5Fcontent/politics/top%5Fstories/congressional%5Fperformance?ref=ivn.us) on congressional performance. Only 1 percent of survey takers said Congress is doing 'excellent,' while 5 percent said lawmakers are doing a good job. Credit: Rasmussen

The national telephone survey polled 1,000 likely voters on June 2-3, 2013\. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95 level of confidence.
