One day after Mitt Romney was [booed](https://ivn.us/editors-blog/2012/07/11/romney-naacp-appearance-multiple-booes-from-crowd/) during his speech to the NAACP, Vice President Joe Biden was warmly welcomed by the nation's largest civil rights organization on Thursday.
