John McCain released a statement Thursday announcing that he would support the GOP tax reform bill in the Senate, shrinking the already small number of Republicans who were on the fence or opposed.

President Donald Trump has been on the road touting the tax reform efforts. McCain's decision may present the president a clear path to his first major legislative victory.
