Google Adds Political District Boundaries to Maps

by Chad Peace, published

Google released a new feature on their maps today which allows users to create political district boundaries which are then verified by the Google team.  There has always been a love-hate relationship for political consultants, precinct walkers, and anyone else trying to isolate data points within a given district.

Who knows how long it will take for enough maps to be made until we can expect the average district to be pre-drawn and approved by someone searching for it.
