# 2013 College Graduates Highly Sought Despite Economic Struggles

It's the beginning of May and graduation is nearly upon about 1.8 million college seniors. The times spent in college may be the glory days for some, but students of today are looking to the challenges of tomorrow. NowSourcing put together [an infographic](http://visual.ly/college-daze-snapshot-class-2013?ref=ivn.us) (see below) in anticipation of 2013 college graduates.

Employers expect a 13 percent increase in hirings from this year's class over last year's. Despite the increase, unemployment of college graduates has increase by 3 percent and underemployment almost doubled since 2007.

College graduates are generally on the move. About 51 percent of graduates move into new apartments, 75 percent relocate into cities outside of their college town. In addition, 80 percent move into cities where they can obtain jobs instead their ideal city.
