This is good news for prosecutors in California. While I believe that criminals should have important rights, these rights should prevent the prosecution from doing it’s job, especially in cases like child sex trafficking.

I do agree that third parties do play a role even if they do not win. But the old system was only protecting people within a party structure and made it so hard for anybody who would like to run as an independent.
