Jurors who hint that they may be for jury nullification generally don’t hang around the courtroom very long.

If any of the jurors hears Filner’s call fro nullification, would it not lead these jurors to be recused? I am wondering about the likelihood of such nullification happening.

It is very true that Governor Christie has been able to appeal to much more than just Republican and I think this is great. We need more politicians like that.

The price of college has become ridiculous. I don’t know how we can continue to put such weight on a 18 years old shoulders who do not know what the consequences of taking so much loans are.

Its going to happen eventually. Just a matter of time. Some of the early concerns are certainly warranted and the pressure will make for a better system once it does happen.
