I will get a lot of blowback for this, but I think the app kinda silly.

The court ruling just pushed more serious prisoners into the county court system. At the core though, I think our entire system needs more focus on rehabilitation, rather than punishment … the only way to reduce recidivism.

I think that private organizations should be treated like private organizations. If they want public funding, the there’s an argument. If not, they should be able to have their own rules, whether we like them or not.
