Known as the “Second Amendment Preservation Act,” House Bill 436 passed the Missouri House of Representatives 117-43. If the bill becomes state law, it will nullify new federal gun laws.

I’m not sure what “legitimate rape” is supposed to mean, as opposed to what, “illegitimate rape?” There are certainly accusations of rape where the accused, such as the Duke lacrosse team and pro basketball player Kobe Bryant, are eventually exonerated. Or what director Roman Polanski committed, but which comedienne Whoopi Goldberg infamously denied was “‘Rape’ Rape.”
