A hot topic of debate, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, often referred to as “ObamaCare,” has taken center stage. While much of the debate appears to perpetuate a deep, partisan divide, fair-minded individuals across the political spectrum are eager to accept a model of health care reform that increases coverage, contains costs, preserves the private sector and state-oriented solution, and decreases the debt load.
